Power of Prosperity Program - Entergy

The Power of Prosperity Program is sponsored by Entergy to support HBCU students ensuring their success and positioning them to build generational wealth.

Entergy's partnership with Stackwell offers $100 in seed investment grants to students at Xavier University, Dillard University, and Southern University at New Orleans to invest in the financial markets via the Stackwell app, and access Stackwell's financial literacy education and coaching.

Through the program, Entergy is also providing students access to resources via the Single Stop platform. Please contact your university administrators for more information on Single Stop.

All current Xavier University, Dillard University, and Southern University at New Orleans students can receive $100 in seed investment grants to start their investing journey with Stackwell. We launched this program in January 2024 inviting only freshmen and transfer students at first, but we're excited to expand the program across class years for the fall semester!

Throughout the semester, Stackwell will provide learning events and opportunities to understand personal finance and how to earn income through the stock market. We want you to be confident and ready to take your investing journey!

If you've already received your grant from Stackwell, you cannot claim another one. This fall, we'll be offering more opportunities for current participants to claim more Stackwell investment dollars by providing feedback via surveys. Check your email / texts for those opportunities!

We're excited for you to keep stacking with us and we invite you to build more knowledge about financial wellness. Keep an eye out for our upcoming events and learning opportunities, on campus at your university or virtual.

We’re revamping the program for the fall semester and accepting students across all class years – not just freshmen!

We will inform you once the interest form has closed and can no longer accept new participants.

Please complete our interest form using your university email address and we’ll send you more information about participating in the Power of Prosperity Program.

Once you’ve been selected, you’ll need to set up your investment account through the Stackwell app to receive your full $100 grant.

Attend our events! We're excited to help you along your journey to financial wellness. We'll be on campus in October and will host virtual opportunities to connect with the Stackwell team through the fall.

Once you complete the interest form, you'll receive an email with instructions to download the Stackwell app.

After completing the onboarding process and fully setting up your investment account, your $100 grant will be added to your account, ready to invest in Stackwell's proprietary portfolios.

1) Download the Stackwell app to your smartphone.

2) Register for a Stackwell account using your university email address.

3) Within 3 days, you’ll see your $100 grant. (Note: we can’t do this on a weekend or holiday, so please count 3 non-holiday weekdays.)

Throughout the semester we’ll have more opportunities to connect, virtually and in-person, to continue helping you along your investment journey and sharing the lessons we’ve learned along the way.

The Stackwell team will communicate with you primarily through email and text about the program. We will notify you of the dates and times of our upcoming events, and share other news and resources about how to be successful throughout the program. You can also read through the learning modules on our app and follow us on socials to stay connected to Stackwell.

We encourage you to share your thoughts! We may ask for feedback throughout the program on how we’re doing and your experience with investing and finances as we move through the fall semester.

The Stackwell team will facilitate financial wellness education events this fall, on campus in October and virtually before the end of the year.

Outside of our events, participants can also access financial wellness education through other Stackwell resources: on the Stackwell Platform through our self-guided learning content, our social media platforms, and with opportunities to connect virtually with the Stackwell team.

Yes! The goal of our program is to help you be confident in investing and build healthy investing behaviors, which can look like investin your own funds into the market on a regular recurring basis.
